LETTERS AND LONGINGS - HENRIETTA VANSITTART 2021-2022
I have been researching the life and work of Twickenham resident, Henrietta Vansittart since 2017 when I discovered her as part of my dissertation. She is a fascinating character, a woman ahead of her time, inventing a new propeller in the Victorian period, when women should probably been at home.
Henrietta tells the story of Henrietta's life and descent into madness. The play went into rehearsal in April 2021 and was first performed at the Woking Drama Festival in October 2022, at the Rhoda McGaw Theatre, Woking. This production won the Adjudicators Award at the festival and was also nominated for Best New Play and Best Youth Production.
It was reperformed for a Trinity Grade 6 Plays In Production Examination In March 2022, gaining Distinction.

GONE BUT NOT FORGOTTEN - 2021-2022
Due to the popularity of Hope, my students wanted a sequel to the play which explored the story of the children in 2021. We workshopped varying ideas and Gone But Not Forgotten was developed. The play went into rehearsal in April 2021 and was first performed at the Woking Drama Festival in October 2022, at the Rhoda McGaw Theatre, Woking. This production won the Adjudicators Award at the festival.

HOPE- 2019
I have rewritten Hope following its performances in 2018 and this new version will be performed in June 2019 at The Exchange Arts Centre, Twickenham. This will then also be performed by a group of 11 to 14 year olds at the Woking Drama Festival in October 2019.
LAMDA ACTING ANTHOLOGY - 2019
Two of my duologues will be published in 2019 in the new Acting Anthology published by LAMDA and on the Grade 1 and Grade 4 Acting syllabus.
FESTIVAL OF ONE ACT PLAYS
On December 9th 2018, three plays were performed as part of a Festival of One Act Plays at The Exchange Arts Centre in Twickenham. Millie's Dream, Hope and Sing Little Cuckoo were all performed by casts of young actors aged 10 to 18.

An advanced group of young actors aged 12 - 16 performed this new play in their end of year showcase at the Queen Charlotte Theatre, Richmond and then as part of the Woking Drama Festival in October.
